TOTAL SURRENDER  5/19/15

I have asked God to show me His Will for my life.    On this date, He showed it to me:  SHARE JESUS.     He put the desire  to go to the "Story Telling" workshop.     This is where I discovered I did have a testimony.     It is centered around the verse John 3:16, where Jesus witnesses to Nicodemus.    Jesus is my example for sharing the Gospel with others.

I have known God's Will for many years, but I was not willing to take that final step - SURRENDER.    I have two choices:    God's WAY or my way.   What has stopped me from choosing God's Way, was the fact that I knew "I" could not give up the "things of this World".  I now know that turning over my life completely to God, puts all the pressure on Him.   I can't change myself, BUT He can. 

    

A weight has been lifted off of me the moment I surrendered all to Jesus.    I know that this is the only way for me to be used by God, and to fulfill my purpose for being put on this Earth.  I want to "seek first the kingdom of God".   God never gave up on me.   He patiently waited.   The turning point was realizing that I don't have to do anything but SURRENDER.    I CHOOSE JESUS!
